Hello Followers,

Welcome to Sunday!

It is safer, easier, and more comfortable to hang out in the same place you have been, even if you are not happy in that place.

Dan and I also get that writing about achieving happiness is easy compared to achieving it.

But maintaining the same viewpoints that keep you stuck and continuing to do the same actions that keep you trapped will only keep you in the cycle of discontent.

Whether you want to hear it or not, your life is the sum of your decisions.

You, not anyone else, oversee yourself and your happiness!

Of course, there will always be external circumstances that bring you down, like a death, illness, or job loss.

However, as time passes and you truly mourn those losses, you naturally regain the option to choose happiness.

You must recognize that having problems is part of life, and just because you have them it should not make you an unhappy person for your entire existence.

Tomorrow, we will explore mindfulness is a powerful way to cultivate happiness.

RECAPPING THE WEEK

If you want to find happiness, find gratitude.

The thing everyone should realize is that the key to

happiness is being happy for yourself.

A flower blossoms for its own joy.

Happiness is a choice that requires effort at times.

The secret of happiness is freedom, the secret of freedom is courage.

Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort.

You will be exactly as happy as you decide to be.

Do not let the silly little things steal your happiness.
