Hello Followers,
Wishing you an incredible Thursday,
Today we begin with switching off the stress.
The more frequently you worry, the more your sympathetic nervous system kicks in.
This triggers your fight or flight response, stress hormones are released into the bloodstream, heart rate increases, muscles contract and blood pressure rise.
To reduce this stress response, you can consciously turn on the parasympathetic nervous system,
which restores your body to a state of calm.
Meditation is excellent for this simply, sit and focus on some deep slow breaths.
Be aware of each inhalation and exhalation.
Notice the movement of your body as you breathe and if your mind throws up distractions, gently bring it back to your breath.
Within a few minutes, you will feel back in balance, fully alert for your next tasks.
So, time to begin the day!
THE WORD OF THE DAY- ACCEPT
Acceptance is a powerful thing.
It is the ability to understand that things are okay as they are and to stop fighting against reality.
In our lives, we face so many obstacles at every turn.
But, knowing how to accept those obstacles instead of trying to push them out of the way is what allows us to move on and be happy with what we have.
However, we are just humans; accepting reality and moving on is not an easy task.
So, it is time to set aside your resistance and accept whatever it is you are currently experiencing.
Find peace with your current circumstances.
Understanding is the first step to acceptance, and only with acceptance can there be recovery.

ACCEPT YOUR FLAWS
It is a tricky thing to accept our flaws.
On the one hand, we know we should love ourselves despite the ways we might fall short.
Perfection is just an ideal, and one we never reach.
On the other hand, it hurts to miss the mark, worrying our hearts that we may never measure up to the person we hope to be and the expectations of the people we love.'
To reconcile this tension, we must simultaneously accept who we are in this moment and still strive toward being better.
This is the work of being human!
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
As the sun gently rises this morning, we want you to know that you are accepted and cherished just as you are!
Let your heart be filled with the comforting knowledge that you belong, not only to this beautiful day but to the tapestry of humanity itself.
Know that you are surrounded by a network of kindred spirits, woven together by the threads of empathy, and understanding as you navigate the currents of life.
Together, we create a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and appreciated.
So, as you venture forth into this day, carry this truth in your heart, you belong, you are accepted, and you are loved!
May your steps be guided by confidence and compassion, and may your presence ignite a sense of belonging in others too.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
