Thank goodness it is Friday!
The time to be happy is now.
The place to be happy is here.
Many people think that the goal of meditation is to achieve a blank mind with no thoughts at all, but having thoughts while you meditate is perfectly normal.
In fact, it is what is supposed to happen!
Dealing with thoughts is how mindfulness meditation works.
When you notice that you are distracted by your thoughts, gently bring your attention back to the object of your meditation.
Over time, this simple practice will change how you relate to distractions and increase your ability to focus and concentrate.
Now, let us focus on the weekend.
THE WORD OF THE DAY-EXCITEMENT
Enthusiasm adds color and excitement to life.
So, being enthusiastic about things will help us face the day more positively.
In the same way, when you are facing life’s low points, your enthusiasm will serve as the yeast that raises you to higher places.
After all, when we are excited, we are more like acting a certain way that we believe will bring us closer to our goals.
We move with purpose, drive, and grit, knowing that everything we do will eventually get us to a better lifestyle and environment.
So, we must never live a day without being intentional and passionate.
Live life with enthusiasm and build the life you want to live.
Time to get excited!
