Hello Followers,


Welcome to Monday!



It is time to start a great week.


Everyday Dan and I do at least 10 minutes of meditation with music.



This gives us a piece of mindfulness.


Listening to music can be a great mindfulness exercise.


Choosing music that is soothing.



Like instrumental or classical.


Sometimes Dan and I begin by sitting in a comfortable, upright posture.


Other times in a laying position.


We choose a space where we can minimize any outer distractions and we make sure to turn off our phones, computer, and television other than the meditation on You Tube.



Dan and I spend a few moments breathing fully and completely, immersing ourselves in our inhalation and exhalation.

As you begin to listen to the music with guided meditation, focus on the sound and vibration of each note.


Notice any feelings that the music conjures up for you and any sensations that occur in your body as you listen.



If other thoughts creep into your head, gently bring your attention back to the music.


Afterwards, notice how much calmer you feel.

THE WORD OF THE DAY-CHANGE


There is no doubt change can be frightening.


Everyone has habits and routines they are comfortable in, and the thought of trying something out of your comfort zone can feel overwhelming.


It is tempting to keep things as they are for the sake of familiarity.

 


However, it is essential that we look at the possibilities that come from change.


Change can bring peace and awareness, as well as cast us into a future we only once dreamed of.


Change helps us understand our circumstances, come to terms with what is done, and to truly grow.


We could all use some inspiration to make changes.

THINGS WILL CHANGE      

      

A new world is possible with every choice you make.


Will you welcome the new and its change?


It comes after the cold and the dark, but it is not always comfortable.



It will challenge you to become something different, and better than you were.


A breath of fresh air, joyful and sweet, sweeping in across warming days that is what a change of pace can do.


To step into a new existence is not easy, but if the world can move through cycles of growth and stillness and growth again, so can you.



PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.



May this be a time of positive changes and growth for you, both personally and professionally.


May you find new opportunities to gain experience, to love, and to be kind.


May you overcome any challenges you may face and emerge stronger and wiser than before.



Remember, every day is a new chance to have influence in the world and in your own life.


So, let us embrace this moment and look forward to all the wonderful things that lie ahead.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
