Hello followers,
WELCOME TO THE WEEKEND!
Ready for the Weekend?
Life is a gift.
Treasure what you do have.
There are some that would be blessed to even have some of what you have and complain bitterly about.
People often say that the biggest treasures in their life are the people that surround us.
Our friends and family can be a big source of inspiration for us, and they can fill our lives with wonder and joy.
We may not know it, but they are the gems that fill our life's treasure chest every day.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- TENSION
It is very important that we re-learn the art of resting and relaxing.
Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems.
Worrying does not take away tomorrow’s troubles, it takes away today’s peace.
Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess.
Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.

LIFE HAS ITS TENSIONS
Life does not always flow easily, and we do not always flow easily with one another.
Misunderstandings, mistakes, and missed opportunities keep us from always communicating perfectly.
With many different perspectives, we cannot always agree with one another.
And occasionally one or both parties may simply be in the wrong.
The tension that strained the bonds we have with one another must be sat with, processed, and acknowledged; otherwise, we cannot better understand each other, grow, or change.
This truth helps us find moments of peace and process the tension that is bound to occur.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by work, relationships, or the demands of daily life, this meditation provides a supportive space where you can release tension, let go of worries, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm and balance.

Allow yourself to surrender to the soothing voice and gentle guidance of this meditation and experience the transformative power of finding stillness within.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Until Sunday, do not cry over the past, it is gone.
Do not stress about the future, it has not arrived.
Live in the present and make it beautiful.
