To be on the verge of a decision or change is like a bird standing on the edge of a nest for the first time, waiting to take flight.


You know you have wings, but no confident experience to be sure they will be able to carry you.

You do not know how far you will be able to travel.



All you can do is have faith.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
