Hello Followers,


Thank goodness it is Friday!




There will never be any more perfection than there is now.


During the month of May, Dan and I cannot help but feel excited for the warm weather and all the outdoor activities that come with it.


Springtime is a time of renewal, growth, and change, and there is no better time than May to embrace that.



One of my favorite things to do in May is to go on hikes and explore nature.


The flowers are in full bloom, the trees are lush with green leaves, and the air is fresh and crisp.


It is the perfect time to disconnect from technology and immerse myself in the beauty of the natural world.


Another activity that I look forward to in May is gardening.



There is something so satisfying about planting seeds and watching them grow into vibrant, healthy plants.


It is also a great way to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables into our diet, which is always a plus.



I always enjoy catching up with loved ones in May and creating new memories together.


THE WORD OF THE DAY- SPACE



When you sit in silence, even your breath can sound loud.


The space between breaths is utterly still, but somehow deeply expansive as well.


It reminds me of being on a swing when you reach the highest point and hover just for an instant before gravity pulls you back down.



The space between breaths is a place of great potential.


You know the next breath is coming, but if you are paying close enough attention and allow yourself to just sink into it, there is a restfulness in that space between breaths that is deeply grounding.



Mindfulness trains us to absorb the energy in that space and turn toward the next breath with an open, curious mindset.

BREATHE

As your chest rises and falls, feel the space it creates.



That space is always there, waiting for you.


It holds your heart and welcomes you.


Your breath comes in and out with no effort.


It can lead you through difficult or intense moments, a locus of focus for your mind to anchor your mind to your body.



Its constancy can keep you company.



PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.



 Let us take a moment to contemplate the wondrous nature of space.


Just like the vast expanse that stretches beyond our reach, we too have the capacity to expand our horizons and explore the infinite possibilities that lie within us.


Embrace the boundless curiosity that characterizes space, and let it ignite a sense of wonder within you.



Allow the mysteries of the universe to inspire you, encouraging you to embrace the unknown and fearlessly explore the uncharted territories of your own being.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
