You are like a candle.
Imagine you are sending light out all around you.
All your words, thoughts, and actions are going in many directions.
If you say something kind, your kind words go in many directions, and you yourself go with them.
We are transforming and continuing in a different form at every moment.

Most of us are guilty of refusing to step outside our comfort zones.
We often believe that by staying within it, we are avoiding failures, disappointments, and heartaches.
That may be the case, but we must remember that by doing that, we are also keeping ourselves from growing, from learning, from becoming better, and from living.
Remind yourself that you are capable of so much more.
Believe in what you can do.
Have the courage to follow your dreams, spread your wings and fly.
