Ready to start the week?


Bring on the joy.


Joy is an idea, but it is also an action or state of being.



Finding joy in everything is important because being happy with what you have or do is what drives you to achieve your goals.


Being happy and content in life reduces stress and anxiety, leading to a more contented and peaceful life.



If we have joy in what we do, we see our surroundings in a positive light.


THE WORD OF THE DAY- WILD



We all have parts of ourselves that we keep hidden away, afraid to let the world see them.


Maybe it is our silly sense of humor or our love of adventure.



Maybe it is our passion for art or our sensitivity to the needs of others.



Whatever it is, we suppress these aspects of ourselves to conform to the expectations of others.


But when we break free from these expectations, we can finally be ourselves and that is when the fun really begins.



It is only when we are being true to ourselves that we can truly enjoy life and all it has to offer.


So, if you are feeling suffocated by the expectations of others, take a deep breath.


 It is time to enjoy life.


Your way.


Life is meant to be lived fully and without restraints.


Go out there and live it!

You do not have to be tame to be loved and valued.


Your wildness is valuable to the part of you that wishes for the freedom to run.



It cannot take you far if you let it.


Each of us tames ourselves in one form or another to make ourselves palatable.


We fear being too wild for others.


Can you look for and recognize the wildness in others?



Accept the wildness in yourself, and you will find the wildness in those around you is much less difficult.



 PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.



It is easy to lose sight of who we truly are.


This meditation provides a brief yet powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner self, allowing you to shed the masks and facades that may be holding you back.
