Hello Followers,


Today is MOTHERS DAY, for all the mothers out there HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY.

Moms inspire us every single day.

Whether they are balancing schedules, acting as a chauffeur, or making sure everyone is fed, moms deserve to be celebrated.

There is no love quite like a mother.


It is impossible to define what a mother is!


Fierce


loving


Inspiring

Tough


Resilient


Brave

Caring


Amazing


And the list can go forever.

But that would not stop us from showing our love!


And because moms can never get enough of it.


This is a time to wish all the special women in our lives a very happy Mother's Day.

There is no love quite like a mother.


So, today let us honor mothers for the love they have given us.

FREEDOM COMES THROUGH FORGIVENESS.

When we hold on to hurt, our hearts and minds fill with negativity, which slowly eats away at our spirit.


Forgive those who hurt you and release any pain, resentment, or bitterness that has taken root.


Allow freedom to pass through you.


Let go of the need to control the outcome and people’s reactions.

Do not continue to suffer long after the pain occurs.


Choose to forgive over and over so that freedom and love can return.

RECAP OF THE WEEK


Embrace the feeling of wonder.



Every morning, I wake up saying, I am still alive, a miracle. And so, I keep on pushing.



The beauty of life is in each precious moment! Stop and smell the roses!



Start by doing what is necessary; then do what is possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.



Belief creates the fact.



Life’s a journey, not a race.



You are amazing, you are important, you are special, you are unique, you are precious, you are loved.



PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.


We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
