No act of kindness, no matter how small is ever wasted.
Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!
As you interact with co-workers, family, and friends today; remember you can make a difference in so many ways through actions, words, and thoughts.
The words you write or speak to others can leave a huge impact and create a lasting memory, either good or bad.
So, it is super important to choose them wisely.
Words can make or break a relationship.
Likewise with your actions and thoughts.
The greatest mistake we can make is believing our words have no value in other people’s lives.
Have you ever had a conversation with someone and, for whatever reason, can still remember it practically verbatim years down the road?
Now consider a similar conversation in someone else’s life: your words could be the ones they have in their head.
Likewise with your actions and thoughts.
The words we choose mean something.
Whether that meaning is positive or negative is up to you.
How do you talk to others, to yourself, to your superiors, to your inferiors?
When we recognize the value our words have, we take the first step in bettering our community.
Likewise with our actions and thoughts.
When we speak, act, and think with mindfulness, we create a more positive world.
So go ahead, get out there, and choose wisely.
Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

EVERY DAY IS AN OPPORTUNITY to make a difference.
As we go through our days, we can be aware of the needs around us.
When we start doing for others, our hearts change.
We can make a difference in so many ways through actions, words, and thoughts.
The power of our intention transforms our energy, which in turn affects everyone around us.
If our eyes are open to the needs of others, we can become part of a catalyst for change.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Here are 5-minute guided mindfulness meditations, for you to use when you are short on time, but still want to get into a mindful state of mind.
Even five minutes can produce major benefits.
Give it a try!
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Saturday, you can make a difference!
