No dream is too big. No challenge is too great. Nothing we want for our future is beyond our reach.

RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ARTICHOKE. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

How has your week-end been?

Are you ready for another week?

Generally, there is more than one way to get something done.

However, there’s always just one optimal way or best way of doing it.

To work smarter rather than harder, start by working backward.

Outline and define your goal.

Then, plan the process for how to get there.

Perform research to see how others who have come before you have done it.

Take count of your own skills and ideas for how you may be able to do it better.

Then, stick to your path and get to work!

Learning how to deal with challenges takes time, persistence, and a positive attitude.

No matter your life situation, the hard times will happen.

But, with the right mindset and practice, you will be able to overcome them every time and grow in the process.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 4; HAPPILY, CONNECTED

GIVE YOUR PARTNER SPACE

A healthy relationship is not a glue keeping two people in permanent togetherness.

If you each follow your own interest, with your own friendships; this will strengthen trust and bring variety to your conversations.

However, don’t be rigid about boundaries; let them into your domain at times.

Periods of solitude will also help to embrace mutual well-being.

A trap is only a trap if you don’t know about it. If you know about it, it’s a challenge.

Challenges are meant to be met and overcome.

Energy and persistence conquer all things.

You come up against challenges in life, and it’s how you deal with them that defines you.

Expect obstacles and face them head-on. They are going to come up, so the way you handle them is what makes all the difference.

Embrace each challenge in your life as an opportunity for self-transformation.

Sometimes, instead of climbing over the barricades, you’ve got to walk around them.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

Continue today - PUT IT TO WORK

Remember, in the long run you win war games by convincing the warrior it is in their best interest to stop playing.

It’s important to remember though screwed-up people may not be concerned with what’s best for you, they are concerned about what’s best for their own good.

If your goals are perceived to further their self-interest, they will be less combative.

So, figure out how you can make what you need, feel like what they want.

Self-interest can make a strange bedfello

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Starting today on the herb; ARTICHOKE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how artichoke can help keep your body healthy?

There are a number of aspects of artichokes that make them beneficial for brain health.

Their quality as a vasodilator allows more oxygen to reach the brain for elevated cognitive function.

Phosphorus, an essential mineral potentially found in artichokes, may also be found in the brain cells.

Phosphorous deficiencies have been associated with a serious decline in cognitive ability, so if you want to keep your brain healthy and firing on all cylinders, eat the next artichoke you see.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! HAVE FAITH IN YOUR ABILITIES! WITHOUT A HUMBLE BUT REASONABLE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR OWN POWERS YOU CANNOT BE SUCCESSFUL OR HAPPY.

BEYOND OUR REACH

No dream is too big. No challenge is too great. Nothing we want for our future is beyond our reach. #dream#big#challenge#too#great#nothing#future#beyond#reach#inspirational#motivational#newbeginnings

Until Monday, happiness is not the absence of problems;

it’s the ability to deal with them.
