RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES, FOCUSING ON YOUR STRENGTH AND LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – COFFEE.

Hello Followers,

Today as we focus on inner strength, building up from repetitive life challenges, and these challenges define the existence of inner strength and courage.

But these precipices of life can often get unbearable.

Being powerful from the inside is as necessary as the outside.

So, building up and embracing power from the within enhances our inner strength and plays an important role in managing everything, including basic personality traits and mental strength.

Because there are times when it feels like obliviating and summoning up the inner strength and to face them is no easy task.

This means being strong doesn’t mean you never need help.

Quite the opposite, really.

It’s understanding that sometimes we can’t do everything on our own.

Recognizing that some problems are too big for one person is one of the best ways to stay strong during tough times.

Faith will focus you on the possibilities but fear will focus you on the impossibilities

Don't lose your focus. Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work in your hand. The sun’s rays don't burn until brought to focus.

At the end of the day, you can either focus on what's tearing you apart, or you can focus on what's keeping you together. Choose!

Stay strong, make them wonder how you’re still smiling.

Forget all the reasons why it won’t work and believe the one reason why it will.

You were never created to live depressed, defeated, guilty, condemned, ashamed or unworthy. You were created to be victorious.

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.

Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?

Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!

May is pretty exclusive when it comes to days of the week.

No other month in one single year starts or finishes on the same weekday as May.

Basically, if the first of May is on a Friday, and the 31st of May is on a Sunday, no other months in the year will start or end on a Friday or a Sunday!

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THE GOAL IN LIFE IS NOT TO TRY AND LIVE FOREVER, BUT TO CREATE SOMETHING THAT WILL FOREVER IN PEOPLE'S HEART.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 15; TOUCH WITH WORDS

BE AN ECHO-

It is hard to argue with an echo and amazingly, when a person hears their own words echoed back, quite often one of three things happens:

1. They decide it doesn’t sound quite right and so begins to be more open to other ideas.

2. They quit being so defensive because they find someone is listening.

3. The persons words are verified.

Tomorrow, Dan and I will be posting; echoing back what you hear is important for several reasons.

This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?

One of the things that makes coffee so fantastically delicious are the oils that provide coffee with its complexity of flavor and aroma.

These oils express the unique growing conditions in whatever region your beans came from, including the qualities of the soil, the unique weather and temperature swings, and the variety of coffee being grown.

These oils, like all oils, oxidize when they are exposed to oxygen.

In the end, whole beans retain more of their original flavor because the interior of the beans are not exposed to oxygen until you grind them.

Grinding your beans just before you brew your coffee, no matter how you prefer to brew your coffee, allows for the truest expression of the bean to come out.

This means that you can taste elements of the growing region in every cup, as well the hard work of many coffee professionals, from the grower to the roaster.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path. #noonesavesus#ourselves#noonemay#weourselves#mustwalk#walk#path#focusonyourstrengths#newbeginnings#motivational#inspirational

Until Monday, strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths.

When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.
