EVERY MORNING, IT IS IMPORTANT to spend time in solitude to hear your soul speak.

We can hear the stirring of our soul in silence and with presence.


When we spend our first moments in solitude, the day feels more peaceful.


In this space you can decide without distraction how you want to enter the day.

By choosing to check in with yourself first thing, instead of reaching for information; you are choosing to create your reality before taking in the reality of others.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Go deep within using this 10-minute guided meditation, beginning to feel a deep connection with that indescribable aspect of your true self allowing this space to access your own inner wisdom.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
