Nothing can dim the light that shines from within.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy Monday!

Last week, I started a series on; LIVING A GREAT STORY.

We hear about preventions, treatments and not enough on why illness sets in.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have expressed our gratefulness on the knowledge that our doctor’s in Mexico shared with us; along with continuing educating ourselves on how to manage cancer.

So, we feel it’s important to live a great story.

Dan and I are in our glory, for last week we were able to facetime our daughter, to meet our grand-daughter for the first time.

Thank goodness for technology, for I wouldn’t have known what I would have done; not being part of this precious moment.

As humans, we all desire to live a happy and fulfilling life.

We live in the age of social media and a highly digitized world, which can make you feel that you’ve lost touch with the things that can make you happy.

Balancing a successful career and social life while also keeping your health and well-being in check might seem out of your grasp.

But although living life to its highest potential might feel difficult, you can learn to embrace happiness and achieve inner peace.

The quality of your life is largely up to you.

You can choose to see the bad, or you can strive to live better and do what’s necessary to live without regrets.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 4; HAPPILY, CONNECTED

NOURISH ALLIANCES

Our network of family and friends is potentially a safety net, to catch us when we lose footing.

Yet many who face challenges prefer to battle in silence rather than show vulnerability by reaching out.

True friends will be only too happy to help; don’t hesitate to unburden yourself.

Be sure to choose the ally you need; whether it’s someone empathic which is good at listening, a clear thinker who’ll help you cut through muddles or a supportive champion to speak or act on your behalf.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today starting on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

Injuring your enemy puts you below your enemy revenging an injury makes you even, forgiving it sets you above.

How many times do you get back into the game with help?

There is no easy answer!

Through help should have limits, it also has variables.

If the question is, how many times should I forgive?

There is an answer –

Forgive as many times as you are hurt, wronged, stomped on or crushed.

WHY!

Because forgiveness may help the other guy but its primary gift is to free you.

Don’t mix the question of helping with the question of forgiving.

The formula for forgiveness is simple – IF YOU ARE HURT OR ANGRY; FORGIVE.

THE PRIMARY GIFT OF FORGIVENESS IS FREE THE ONE WHO FORGIVES.

Continue tomorrow –

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

Cacao contains antioxidants to manage oxidative stress!

Oxidative stress is a state where there is an imbalance between reactive free radicals and our natural ability to inactivate them and repair the resulting damage.

Free radicals are an important part of our natural immunity, but health problems can occur when there are too many of these reactive compounds in our body to handle.

Cacao contains antioxidants called flavanols which scavenge free radicals and other reactive molecules in our bodies.

This protects our cells from damage of oxidative stress and prevents the development of chronic inflammation.

Flavanols in cacao can inhibit the activity of pro-inflammatory enzymes in our body when they become over-active and mediate our bodies’ natural inflammatory response.

This prevents excessive production and circulation of inflammatory molecules in our bodies and prevents the development of conditions associated with chronic inflammation, such as cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THE ONLY JOY IN THE WORLD IS TO BEGIN.

🕯️LIGHT THAT SHINES WITHIN🕯️

Until Tuesday, your life is your canvas, and you are the masterpiece.

There are a million ways to be kind, amazing, fabulous,

creative, bold, and interesting.
