Nothing lasts forever. Love it while it is here.

Hello followers,

Happy Weekend!

Last night Dan and I sat out on our back porch, and yes with a cup of coffee.

As I was relaxing and doing some word search, I looked over to the field and there I saw some lighting bugs.

In all, the first thought was how beautiful and amazing our world is.

Then I realized that nothing is permanent.

Be it our work, career, circumstances or relationships, nothing is permanent, and everything keeps changing.

In life we have good and bad situations, but none of them last forever.

Just like the seasons, the tide and the time, life is always changing and nothing is permanent forever.

We keep evolving and growing to new situations and patterns.

Life is all about embracing change and growing.

With the time ticking everything keeps replenishing itself.

So, whether it is the pain of a sad heartbreak or a financial crunch, every trouble is temporary and will change for good.

Likewise, even love and good things in life may fade away gradually.

So, the takeaway is, to live life to the fullest and be present now.

No worries of the future or regrets of the past will matter in the long run.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

July 8th

EARLY ON A SUMMER MORNING, the air may have a slight chill.

It feels crisp and refreshing right before the heat sets in.

As the earth warms up, flowers open to face the rising sun and the water sparkles with the sun’s reflection.

Then as night falls, the cooling begins, and the cycle continues.

Everything is cyclical.

Nothing is permanent!

If you are feeling stressed about something know that it will pass.

Breathe in strength, you will get through this.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This 10-minute guided meditation with music tuned to the frequency 396 hz is designed to help you relax and release overthinking.

It is time for you to take a step back.

Your overthinking gets in the way of your perspective.

Meditation can help you with that.

It will teach you how to focus on the present, rather than the future or past, and it will help you calm your thoughts.

Tune into a sense of relaxation, then let yourself and your thoughts off the hook.

End feeling relaxed and refreshed, open to creative possibilities.

Start your morning clear, energized and tuned into the forces of nature.

This tutorial guides you through a purging qigong exercise called Sun & Earth Purification.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, every moment is a moment of bliss,

enjoy it well, once it is gone, it will never come back.
