Hello followers,

Happy Weekend!

We all have those moments in life that we want to hold on to forever.

But how do you keep them alive?

Wonderful memories can last us a lifetime and make that lifetime full of happiness.

Memories, like dreams, are tools for understanding life.

They provide an entry into the heart of what we have once experienced and help us make sense of it after the facts.

THE WORD OF THE DAY- REMEMBER

Memory is the ability to remember happenings, events, people, and thoughts for a period.

There is long term and short-term memory.

Long term memory is remembering a childhood game, a vacation in the mountains, the way to get to work, math you were taught in school.

Short term memory is remembering a phone number long enough to write it down.

Basically, it is the memory of something you were just exposed to and can last anywhere from a matter of seconds to a few days.

Memory is the innate ability to store, retain, and recall information and past experiences.

It is what makes us who we are.

Memory is a way of holding onto the things you love, the things you are, the things you never want to lose.

REMEMBER

Memory is magic, bringing the warmth of a pleasant day to a hard one, and sometimes feeling a good moment with a stab of regret.

Your memory shapes you, makes you who you are.

As your memories blend and soften, they give an equal measure of joy and discomfort.

Hold tight to the binding threads of memory that tie you to yourself and make new memories that keep you moving forward.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

This meditation provides a dedicated space for you to center your mind and cultivate a sense of mindfulness.

Through gentle guidance and visualization techniques, it encourages the brain to relax and become more receptive to learning and concentration.

By incorporating regular practice into your routine, you can harness the power of meditation to strengthen neural pathways, boost memory retention, and sharpen your ability to focus on tasks with greater precision.

So, invest in your mental well-being and productivity by embracing this guided meditation as a tool for optimizing memory and concentration in your daily life.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Sunday, life is a collection of moments; some remembered,

some forgotten, some treasured forever.
