NOVEMBER 17, 2024
Hello followers,
Welcome to Sunday!
Who does not love a good rest?
In our busy lives, taking a break from the daily grind, whether it is chores, stress, or just routine is something we all crave.
Resting our bodies and minds is essential for rejuvenating our spirits.
Sometimes the best solution is to rest, relax and recharge.
It is hard to be your best on empty.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- REST
In today’s fast-paced world, rest is often seen as a luxury rather than a necessity.
Yet, rest is an essential part of maintaining a healthy body, mind, and soul.
From ancient wisdom to modern science, the importance of taking breaks has always been acknowledged, whether to boost creativity, recharge energy, or enhance overall well-being.
Weekends are a great time to unwind, but rest can also mean stepping away from the routine of everyday life.
And by giving ourselves that much-needed pause, we can refresh our thoughts and return to our tasks with renewed energy and creativity.

EVEN TREES REST
With their long and delicate fingers reaching toward the sky, trees are full of graceful beauty even in the dormant season.
Swaying in the crisp wind, the empty branches of autumn trees frame the sky, soaking in the rain.
They are waiting for the right time to burst into bloom, still alive flexible in the cold.
Just like the trees, you will have dormant seasons where you rest and wait.
Your time will come again to bloom and stretch, but you can use the quiet to plan and recuperate, collect your thoughts, and set your buds to wait for the sun.
