HAPPY WEEKEND!
Dan and I want you to picture your life right now.
The good, the bad, and all the things in between.
The precious, present moment.
It will not ever happen again; we must focus on where we are.
The fact that we are alive is a miracle.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- NOW
Where our brain goes, our body follows because of the strength of the brain-body connection.
We can think of our goals and dreams into reality!
But first, we must understand where we are right now.
We need that starting point.
We need to promote a present-focused mindset.
With so much going on in the world, I know it can be truly hard to live in the moment but living in the moment can help us be more aware of what is happening right now so we can fully appreciate everything about simply being alive.
Here and now will help us embrace mindfulness in different ways, giving us more joy, beauty, and a more fully lived experience with the beautiful magic of the present.

There are no shortcuts, but it will arrive in its own good time.
