Hello followers,

It is Thursday,

Practice makes perfect.

You might want to jump right into a game or a challenge.

But, without practice, you will never be able to improve yourself.

To be better, you must be willing to workday in and day out, repeatedly, until you perfect a particular skill.

Though this concept is usually applied in sports, do not be mistaken.

Practice is vital in all aspects of life.

After all, it is only through training ourselves to be better than we were before that we can learn new ways of doing things and achieve better results.

THE WORD OF THE DAY- PRACTICE

We have so much we want to achieve in life.

Be it for work, our hobbies, our favorite sport, or more, we always want to develop the skills we need to climb the ladder of success.

To do this effectively, we must practice and try mastering the skills we need to reach the top.

This, however, will not be easy to do.

Practicing and training ourselves would be tiring, but we must not give up.

We must set our minds and focus on giving our all to reach the success we dream of.

PREPARATION IS A PRACTICE

When the cycle of the seasons bends toward harvesting long-laid plans and appreciating their abundant results, our minds turn as well toward new plans.

What preparations can you make space for as you connect with gratitude?

The closing of one cycle is the beginning of another.

Every conclusion is followed by another chapter, full of empty pages and new goals.

Hold your arms open and embrace both the results of past plans and the new potential together.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

This 5-minute breathing exercise is an easy-to-follow meditation which guides you to tune in to your breathing, letting it be natural and easy.

This is for any level of breathwork experience, but especially great for beginners to simply practice what it feels like to be present with and connected to their own breath, a great way to fend off anxiety.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Friday, always realize that you can get better.

Your best work has not been done yet.

Practice! Practice! Practice!
