Kindness comes from a position of strength.
Kindness means that you choose to help people around you or do something good for the sake of its kind acts are the ultimate way to magnify the power of small actions.
Kindness asks us to extend our approach beyond niceties and good manners, and into transformative action, compassionate and intentional inclusion, and empowering solutions.
Kindness is a choice, a muscle we all flex, and could frankly use a little more of our attention.

You are capable of so much kindness, both toward yourself and toward others.
You can make the choice at every moment to bring your kindness to it.
