Being able to take ownership of your mistakes will ensure you learn important lessons that will prevent you from repeating those same mistakes again.
If you live long enough, you will make mistakes.
But if you learn from them, you will be a better person.

IT IS OKAY TO HAVE REGRETS
Not one of us lives a life perfectly; to be human is to misstep and learn from it.
To regret without learning a lesson is just us feeding our anxieties, living in our past without relief.
Do not be ashamed of the things you regret; if you listen to the lessons of things passed, there is no need.
It is okay to let them shape you, inform you of your path through the world.
But set yourself free from the weight of regret.
Forgive yourself and move forward.
