Hello followers,
HAPPY WEEKEND,
Our lives can get hectic and having laser focus is hard to maintain.
Having a lot of things to distract us like phones, TV, social media, and more does not help the situation either.
However, to work effectively and productively, we must know how to balance all the tasks and distractions presented to us.
But, being focused does not mean only concentrating on work or the task at hand.
It just means knowing how to allot time to a specific activity.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- FOCUS
Focus is the key to accomplishing what is necessary and easy word to spell.
It contains only five letters, but it is probably one of the most powerful words there are to move forward with confidence and with the expected results.
Instead of focusing on how much you can accomplish, focus on how much you can absolutely love what you are doing.
Focus and simplicity.
Simple can be harder than complex: You must work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple.
But it is worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.

CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE
Whenever you are, you will be moving soon.
Circumstances change all the time as you receive new information and other people’s choices move the pieces of your life into new arrangements.
It is difficult sometimes to understand and cope with the shifts into new circumstances even if, they are positive.
The universe is a vast and unexpected place, and its surprise can rock your foundation.
Try to remember that whatever your circumstances are they are temporary.
Focus on what is in your control and leave the rest up to the mystery of how the universe unfolds.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
Meditation can significantly improve focus by training the mind to maintain attention on a single point of reference, such as the breath.
Regular practice enhances the brain's ability to filter out distractions, leading to increased concentration and mental clarity.
Studies have shown that meditation strengthens the prefrontal cortex, the area of the brain responsible for executive functions like attention and decision-making.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Sunday, focus on your strengths, not your weaknesses.
Focus on your character, not your reputation.
Focus on your blessings, not your misfortunes.
