October 6, 2024
Hello followers,
Welcome the first Sunday in October,
We all feel uncomfortable from time to time!
Whenever you feel uncomfortable, instead of retreating into your old comfort zone, pat yourself on the back and say, I must be growing, and continue moving forward.
Life begins at the end of your Comfort Zone.
So, if you are feeling uncomfortable right now, know that the change taking place in your life is a beginning, not an ending.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- DISCOMFORT
It is a strange lesson to learn in life that your differences, the things that make you feel uncomfortable about yourself are what will help you to grow into who you are.
Those are your gifts.
When people do not understand that being uncomfortable is part of the process of achievement, they use the discomfort as a reason not to do.
They do not get what they want.
We must learn to tolerate discomfort to grow.

DISCOMFORT WILL PASS
All things pass, both good and bad.
Every moment of discomfort has its end, every moment of joy fades into memory.
It can be a comfort to know that what is difficult will eventually be behind you, but that is so hard to remember in the moment.
It does get better, and you are wonderfully resilient, capable of so much joy and love.
You can move through this moment, and every moment, knowing is something new awaits in the next.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
Try just 10 minutes of your day in meditation and discover a powerful tool for alleviating stress and anxiety.
By turning inward and focusing on the breath, you can create a space of calm amidst the chaos.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Monday, it was not about believing this or that,
it was not even about good, evil, right, and wrong,
it was about finding the strength to bear the discomfort that came with being in the world.
