In the states it is Labor Day Weekend, and for most it is a long weekend!
So, BE SAFE.
Today we will be posting about HOPE.
Hope is a powerful force.
It can pull you from the depths of despair or fuel your dreams.
With hope, anything is possible.
Without it, life is a dull prospect.
For Dan and me, hope got us where we are today.
Hope is like the sun, which, as we journey toward it, casts the shadow of our burden behind us.
The short film “HOPE” is about the journey of a newborn baby sea turtle named Aqua.
During his journey, he faces many obstacles from human pollution to different predators.
Using his mind and courage he overcomes one obstacle after the other, until he reaches his destination.
Just before he enters the sea, he witnesses a life-changing scene, where he bravely over comes and grows as a character.

You are a survivor, you thrive and can emit your light, even though some others may not see the positive side of their situation.
Our cracks are where our lights shine the brightest because of the energy we put into healing.
Allow the healing in your life to be a lighthouse for others.
You are proof that hope is alive.

Your past does not equal your future.
We have three types of friends in life: friends for a reason, friends for a season, and friends for a lifetime.
Awareness is the first step in healing.
Out of difficulties grow miracles.
Once you choose hope, anything is possible.
Peace begins with a smile.
Do not feel lonely, the entire universe is inside of you.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This guided meditation has been designed to help you find hope in the face of adversity.
No matter how dark the present or future seems you can transcend those negative feelings and see opportunities with this meditation.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
