Today let us start by asking this question, what is your passion?

Passion is important when it comes to achieving your dreams.


When you identify your passion and align it with whatever you are doing, a magical synergy happens that will effortlessly carry you to rarefied heights.

Work becomes joyous and pleasurable.


Hours fly by, unnoticed.


Tiredness and fatigue take the backseat as you power your way to greater achievements.


By embracing your passion, you will discover who you really are and of what you are capable.

You will open doors to new opportunities and experiences.


And live your life with more purpose than you ever thought possible.


So, let us not forget the dreams that once fueled our imaginations and continue to warm our hearts.

Let us not let the monotony of everyday life extinguish the fire within us.

MOVE TOWARD WHAT YOU WANT with fervor.

Step into your greatness.


Let fear melt away as you take a step closer to the life you desire.


Right now, you do not need to be afraid because everything you need is attainable.


Stop playing it safe.


If you find yourself complaining about the thing over and over, change it.


Only you can make your aspirations come true.


 PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This unique 10-minute guided meditation helps you gain clarity on your own purpose, passion, and vision in an entirely new way.


 After this practice, set aside a few minutes to jot down answers to the following questions:


1. What insight did you experience about "purpose"?

2. What insight did you gain about "passion"?

3. What insight did you gain about "vision"?

4. (optional) What else do you wish to remember from your experience?

5. (Optional) In reading your answers, see if you can create your own mission statement that encompasses your purpose, passion, and vision.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
