Raise your words, not your voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder.

CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, STARTING ON THE HERB – CHAMOMILE AND THE MAIN TOPIC; STAND UP FOR YOUR LIFE.

Hello followers,

Countdown to SPRING, 3 more days.

As I look back on my childhood, I’m learning to stand up for my life.

It’s never too late to learn!

Even at my later life, I’m learning when someone attacks; wait them out.

As you grow more confident in expressing yourself, you’re also going to have to learn to face those who want to override you.

There will always be people whose personalities are set to attack mode.

It’s important that you remain calm but assertive if you feel like someone is trying to bully you.

Don’t allow yourself to get frazzled or react with low blows.

Don’t cater to them or allow them to browbeat you either.

Walk the high road but stand your ground.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THE PLEASURE WHICH WE MOST RARELY EXPERIENCE GIVES US GREATEST DELIGHT.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Continuing on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?

STEPS IN AN APOLOGY

Today, FOCUS-

Stay focused on the goal; to say, I’m sorry for what you did wrong.

Be careful not to focus on the incident that initiated your unacceptable response.

If you were angry, you may be able to keep your anger in check by thinking of things you appreciate about the person.

Tomorrow, PERSENTATION-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CHAMOMILE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body healthy?

Chamomile is used to improve digestion.

Believed to be a powerful digestive relaxant, chamomile can be used to treat various gastrointestinal disturbances, including gas, acid reflux symptoms, indigestion, diarrhea, anorexia, motion sickness, nausea and vomiting.

Chamomile extract can help shorten the course of diarrhea and colic in children as well as relieve symptoms associated with the conditions like pain and anxiety.

Chamomile oil also contains anodyne compounds that are anti-spasmodic, reducing cramping, constipation and other stomach pains.

Many of these benefits are due to chamomile’s natural relaxing effects.

Because the brain and the gut communicate directly back and forth via the vagus nerve, a more relaxed mind can also help heal leaky gut, which can mean reduced symptoms of chronic conditions like leaky gut, IBS and other gut-related issues.

Chamomile benefits include mellowing effects also make it a good choice for pregnant women in order to relax the digestive tract and act as a natural remedy for nausea.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
