Remember even when alone, that the divine is everywhere.
Hello Followers,
HAPPY WEEK-END!
Today’s message is YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
Even on days when you feel you are alone, your loved ones will always have your back.
There are times in life when we might feel left alone and lonely.
Dan and I are here to remind you that there is always someone there for you.
If you feel alone and are looking for comfort, our daily posts will help you become hopeful again.
Some people assume that closing themselves off is better to avoid getting hurt.
These people risk not experiencing true friendships and love in their lives.
So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
September 9th
IT IS LOVELY TO WAKE early in the morning to see the moon set as the sun emerges.
It is like a rite of passage, a changing of the guard.
To know that there are two enormous orbs in the sky that ascend and set each day is a reminder that nothing is too big to overcome.
Be like the sun and moon; work together with others to make the world a wonderful place.
You do not have to rise and radiate light alone.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This is a new guided mindfulness meditation on loneliness and feeling alone.
In this session, we will focus on finding a deep sense of peace within ourselves, even when we may be missing loved ones or a pet who we wish were there to be with us and provide comfort in our most vulnerable times.
It is also possible to feel lonely and isolated even when there are many people in our lives.
Meditating on this will help us to realize that feelings of loneliness can be a natural occurrence.
But, if we practice mindfulness, it will help us to be more present and at peace, better able to cope with whatever situation we find ourselves in.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Sunday, when the wind blows in your face, when you feel you are losing your head, when the going gets tough, and when all else fails, look inside you, you are not alone.
