Renewal is necessary for recharge.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY SUNDAY!

Today is a great time to relax and slow down to restore your energy for the week ahead.

Taking a break helps you understand yourself better and recharges your drained battery.

Do you feel like a clock is ticking so fast that it is nearly impossible to catch your breath in this fast-paced world?

We live in a world so packed with work and everything else moving at such a fast pace that it is difficult to find time to relax.

Sometimes you are so busy with work-life stress and deadlines to meet that you forget to relax!

Relaxing for just five minutes periodically by stepping away from what is causing your stress levels to rise can provide you with the energy to tackle your workload.

Leisure time today has become more of a luxury than a necessity.

It is important to remember to relax in this hustle culture to help you recharge and rejoin the ground with an even more fresh mind.

Stress is necessary to deal with difficult challenges in life, but if you stay in an elevated state of stress, it will negatively affect your physical and mental health.

Stress elevates the release of cortisol hormones in your body which can affect the function of the brain. It can cause you to worry, have poor concentration, have anxiety, and even have difficulty making decisions.

Stress management has become a vital part of wellness programs in every organization.

And practicing relaxation is paramount to managing stress.

When you relax, blood flow increases around your body, giving you more energy.

So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

December 17th

WHEN MORNINGS BECOME COOLER and the sun takes a bit more time to make it over the horizon, we go inward.

As winter approaches, nature begins to rest.

After a year of growth and production, plants and animals slow down and store up their energy.

Take the time to slow down to restore your energy.

It is okay to take breaks.

Take a cue from nature and let go of the need to over produce.

RECAP OF THE WEEK

The lighter you allow within you the brighter the world you live in will be.

Today is a new day. You will get out of it just what you put into it.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

You are enough. You have nothing to prove to anybody.

Saying thank you is the all-natural antidote for fear, anger, and stress.

Interrupt anxiety with gratitude.

The people who come into our lives can teach us lessons that we need to learn in order to grow.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

Boost your energy through a combination of visualization and affirmations.

This 10-minute guided meditation will help tap into your own natural ability to increase your energy through this energy boost meditation.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words walk, meditation, and Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Monday, self-care is how you take your power back.
