Saying thank you is the all-natural antidote for fear, anger, and stress.
Hello Followers,
Wow, this week is going quickly for Dan and me!
How about you?
As this year ends this month, Dan and I have learned so much about mind growth.
One big step is learning to appreciate what is and allow what is going to happen.
And to let it enter naturally into your life.
Take on new challenges and opportunities so that you can grow and develop your skills.
Embrace your failures and see what you could learn from them and if there are new areas you want to improve on.
Write down your goals.
Stay familiar with what you want to achieve and where you are heading.
Writing down your goals often will help you stay motivated and determined to accomplish them.
Always know that you have not made it, yet.
It is coming and you will get there.
It is not over until you stop trying.
Look for the good in every situation, there is always something to be learned.
So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.
They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

There are two types of mindsets we can cultivate.
One that embraces problems as opportunities to learn, and one that avoids them, often out of fear of failing.
People that avoid conflicts can be described as having a fixed mindset.
Those who see problems as interesting challenges have a growth mindset.
Sometimes we like to switch from one to the other.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

THE STORIES WE TELL OURSELVES can either empower or weaken us.
When we live in our heads, we do not appreciate the current moment.
Sometimes we are so busy crafting our stories that we miss the importance of what is happening right now.
Take a moment to stop, take a breath, and notice everything that is happening.
Appreciate what is and allow what is going to happen to enter naturally into your life.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
Take control of your mindset with this 10-minute growth mindset guided meditation.
Choosing a growth mindset is a daily in fact, minute-minute commitment.
Feel committed to improving your life from this meditation onward.
You got this!
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words walk, meditation, and Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Friday, small steps in the right direction are better than zero steps.
If you want mindfulness to become a part of your life,
then, well, we need to incorporate it into the daily rhythm of your life.
