Self-worth is about who you are, not about the number of likes or followers you've got.

CONTINNUING THIS WEEK ON; SELF- WORTH AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

Hello Followers,

Monday’s past and Tuesday is here!

Thought of the day, if you make unhealthy decisions when you keep looking for validation in things and people.

You never get to see yourself for the potential-filled and robust person you are.

And everyone on earth, has talents and gifts to share with one another.

Looking for external validation will only frustrate you.

You set yourself up for a chain of disappointments.

Place your worth on your insides.

It is the key to leading a healthy life.

A Different Approach to Cancer

Smart cancer patients ask tough questions, of themselves and their doctors.

They want to know WHY the cancer started growing in their body.

They want to know WHY the environment around the cancer cells allowed it to ‘take hold.

They want to know if there are underlying causes.

They want to FIX the Why causes so their body can cure itself.

Alternative treatment does NOT kill cancer; only your body can do that.

From an integrative perspective, we want to correct the environment that allowed the disease.

Integrative doesn’t mean anti-medical, it means to sanely work together for the betterment of the patient.

Chemo and radiation may be the best option!

However, if not coupled with correction of the cause, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that the cancer has a pretty good chance of re-appearing.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING

SELF-WORTH

The path to self-worth can be reached only when you love and accept yourself.

Not only when you’re perfect, but right now – today, exactly as you are.

Accepting yourself doesn’t mean you’ll lose the drive to become better.

It is the opposite.

You have to believe in someone to believe they can become more than who they appear to be today.

Otherwise, if would seem like a waste of effort.

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.

WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?

As the human race stands poised on the threshold of the next great frontier; where the need for spatial, creative thinking and planning will be of crucial importance.

There is already evidence that left-handers will be at the forefront of the adventure.

After centuries of prejudice and indifference.

Left-handers are having the last laugh.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

THROUGH PICTURES

Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.

WITH PICTURES

Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.

20 PICTURES - ENJOY THE SLIDE SHOW

"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Tomorrow, know your limits-

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of NETTLE. It’s amazing what and how nettle can help keep your body healthy?

Did you know that nettle promotes weight loss?

Well, it does!

If you’re like most people, you’ve made a New Year’s resolution at one point or another to lose some weight.

However, by the time February comes around, you’re likely back on the Cheeto and soda diet.

You’ll be glad to hear that, in addition to all the health benefits that we’ve already covered, stinging nettle can actually help you lose weight through its detoxifying properties.

By removing all the waste in your GI tract and stomach, you’ll be able to lose weight without putting yourself through the grueling programs that many have to endure just to shed a few pounds.

It’s also a good idea to incorporate stinging nettle into your meals if you’re in a restrictive diet that may make it hard for you to get the necessary nutrients.

Overall, with some healthy eating and regular exercise, you’ll find that stinging nettle can make it a whole lot easier to hit your weight goals.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth

THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!

Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!
