Are we ready for Thursday?
And are you ready to help someone!
Helping others should come naturally.
It should not be a question of “why should I do it,” but “how can I do it.”
Helping others is not always about giving them money or material things.
Some people just need a shoulder to cry on or some good advice.
And you do not necessarily have to be friends with someone to be there for them.
This is simply about being human and caring about other people’s well-being.
It really does not matter who you are or how much you have to offer.
Be kind just for the sake of it and expect nothing in return.
Some people are less fortunate; life is not kind to all of us.
While you might be lucky enough to live a comfortable life, others do not have a roof over their head or food to put on the table.
You would not be able to help everyone in need, but your gesture, no matter how small, will make a difference.

HELPING OTHERS IS A GIFT, and when you see the opportunity to be of service you enrich someone’s life by helping.
You may find great joy in giving of yourself in service but make sure there is a balance to your giving.
Do not give to the point of exhaustion.
Take a moment to recharge.
You too deserve help and support.
Be mindful of your limits and give yourself the gift of rest.
Fill your cup so you can continue to give with love.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Doing good for other people is a simple way to increase your happiness in general.
Recalled a memory that when someone helped you once in difficult time or when you needed it most?
How did you feel at that moment?
I bet you felt light, happy, and full of gratitude for that person who rendered help right?
Same here, when you help someone, see how your emotion reacted when you notice appreciation and full of gratification on their face, do you feel happy too?
So, by helping others to show love and kindness, you will receive happiness in return.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
