You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.


The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.


And once you understand that habits can change, you have the freedom and the responsibility to remake them.



Every habit is made of three parts a signal, a routine, and a habit.


 Most people focus on routine and behavior, but these signals and rewards are really the way you make something into a habit.


How many times have you tried to change a habit, such as drinking more water or starting your day with exercise, and failed?



 But all hope is not lost.


 There are some habits out there that are easy enough to do every day so that they become second nature.

FIND YOUR ROUTINE


Every day is new and different, but it is the rituals and routines of daily life that ground and sustain us.


Our routines often get a bad rap, associated with stagnation and ruts, but they also help us build structure and give us momentum.



They hone our impulses and intentions into habits that help us achieve our goals.


What in your routine is supporting your intentions, and what is less helpful?
