Hello followers,

Happy Wednesday,

Keeping hope alive is like believing that behind every twist in a stream, there could be a new adventure waiting.

When we fill our heads with happy thoughts, it is like planting seeds that grow into smiling flowers.

So next time you are feeling a bit down, try to think of something that makes you grin.

Maybe a funny joke, a fun day, or just being silly with your friends.

Watch how that one little happy thought can make your whole day brighter!

THE WORD OF THE DAY- EXCHANGE

Surrounding ourselves and exchanging with good people is a cornerstone for personal growth, happiness, and achieving our fullest potential.

The individuals we choose to spend our time with can uplift us, inspire us, and encourage us to become the best versions of ourselves.

Surround yourself with people who empower you to become better.

ENERGY IS EVERTHING

We move through the world burning and consuming, devouring energy and resources, but we also create energy, pushing it out through every moment and out of every pore.

The world we live in is a constant exchange of energy.

The trees do it, the birds do it, the mushrooms and worms under our feet are doing it, too.

The cycle is unending.

Nothing is truly destroyed; everything is created and recreated.

How can you participate in the cycle more intentionally, and more reflectively, to draw strength and inspiration from this connection?

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Tonglen is a meditation practice that combines meditating on loving-kindness with meditating on compassion to release our own pain, suffering, and loneliness.

In translation, tonglen practice can be called taking and giving or exchanging self with other.

Tonglen is one of the mind training techniques from Tibetan Buddhism that reverse our ordinary state of mind of selfishly seeking happiness and pleasure for ourselves and those close to us.

Instead, we willingly open ourselves to the suffering of others.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Thursday, life is about trying new things.

It is about feeling the thrill of the wind in your face as you bike down a hill, not just sitting inside. So, even though home is where the heart is, sometimes you must leave the nest to really spread your wings and soar!
