As we approach a new week and get ready for holidays, stress can set in.
We have all experienced times of overwhelming stress and helplessness.
But how do we find the strength and courage to stay positive and make it through?
We all at one time or another have struggled with staying hopeful when life throws difficult challenges our way, whether that be personal setbacks, financial troubles, or the holidays.
Staying composed can be hard but possible.
Despite trying situations, it is important to remain strong and focused on what lies ahead.
It may sound cliche, but it really is true that this too shall pass.
There are certain techniques which you can use to calm yourself during turbulent times; they will enable you to take better control of your thoughts and emotions.
So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

DURING A STORM, the ocean is choppy and unsettled.
Deep down, there is a calm that is not as tumultuous as the surface appears.
The same happens when we go through hardship in our own lives.
We may seem okay on the outside, but our inner world can be as unsettled as the ocean.
Eventually all storms do pass.
If you are feeling a lack of control and the chaotic urges that result, let go and release.
This storm will pass.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
Letting go is not always easy, but it is an act of liberation.
It is about releasing the weight of the past, the worries of tomorrow, and the burdens that weigh upon your heart.
It is about allowing yourself to be present in this very moment, embracing the possibilities that lie ahead.
We encourage you to free yourself from the shackles of regrets, doubts, and fears.
Let go of the things that no longer serve you, the negative thoughts that hold you back, and the attachments that hinder your growth.
Allow yourself to breathe deeply, inhaling the limitless potential of the day.
In this process of letting go, may you find peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
May you discover the strength to forgive, both yourself and others, and experience the healing power of acceptance.
Embrace the beauty of impermanence and the ever-changing nature of life.
