Sometimes in life, you have to take difficult steps and make tough decisions, in order to achieve something extraordinary.
TODAY ON THE SERIES, SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – COFFEE.
Hello Followers,
As Dan and I continue to explore something bigger than ourselves, we separately CREATE A PURPOSE STATEMENT.
This defines the purpose that we’re after.
Finding a way to put it into one short statement.
Posting it somewhere that we’ll see it Every.
Single.
Day.
Letting it be our reminder when things aren’t going our way.
One of my ways to create a purpose statement is visiting small towns, just the atmosphere of freedom; creates something bigger than myself.
Last week we visited this town that I am very fond of, Floyd; Virginia.
There is this country store that has blue grass music and an old town feeling.
This is Gods country, full of natural energy.
THERE IS SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF!
Create your purpose statement.
Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?
Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!
Many famous people were born in May, such as Mark Zuckerberg, Karl Marx, Clint Eastwood, Wes Anderson, John F. Kennedy, Queen Victoria, and Catherine the Great!
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
YOUR LIFE CAN BECOME LESS OF A STRUGGLE AND MORE OF A PLEASURE WHEN YOU LEARN WHAT IT MEANS TO BE PRESENT IN THE MOMENT.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 15; TOUCH WITH WORDS
PRAISE-
BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND-
Even when you know what to do, you will still be challenged.
Screwed-up people are not a reasonable lot.
You may do well, then tire and sense the anxiety rising.
If you feel you are losing control and must correct or challenge, excuse yourself.
Sometimes little doses are all you can handle, even with the end in mind.
Continue tomorrow, DON’T FIGHT THEIR BATTLES-
This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?
There is much more to coffee!
I never thought of this.
What does the roasting process do?
The coffee bean is the seed inside a coffee cherry.
Before they’re roasted, coffee beans are green and have almost no aroma, except for an earthy, grassy smell.
The roasting process is what makes coffee beans into the delicious cup of coffee you’re drinking.
The roasting process toasts the coffee beans, darkening their color and giving them chocolatey, caramelized flavors.
At higher temperatures, oils appear on the surface of the beans.
At 401°F, the beans crack for the first time and start to expand.
Around 437°F, they crack a second time. High-quality coffee beans are never roasted above 482°F.
Beyond that temperature, they will start to thin out and get a burnt taste.
You don’t want to drink charcoal!
Roast names and descriptions are not universal in the coffee industry, and roasting is part art and part science.
All that variation can make it a little tricky to pick the right bag of beans.
However, you should be able to tell the roast level by the color of the bean and what it tastes like.
So, next time you get coffee remember this series on coffee!
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
