HAPPY HUMP DAY!
When you are met today with adversity, respond with confidence.
Confidence is key!
Being confident and believing in yourself is crucial to self-worth, which in turn can improve your relationships, work-life balance, and day-to-day life.
Self-worth, while certainly a major key to confidence, is not the same.
Self-worth is more directly related to forgiving and accepting yourself, while self-confidence is about being motivated and believing in yourself.
So, they are kind of two sides of the same coin!
But both are critical for self-esteem and for having a healthy relationship with yourself.
Here are some tips for boosting your self-confidence:
Strike a power pose, like hands on hips.
Focus on forgiving yourself and praising yourself in equal measure.
Exercise!
Write down your accomplishments and/or things you like about yourself.
Join a group where you can do something you love with others.

We build perseverance by going through difficulty and surviving.
Even though it is hard and feels overwhelming, there is help available to see you through.
Tap into your inner strength and ask for help from the universe and your network.
We are not meant to face trying times alone.
Reach out and upward, and know that on the other side, you will be stronger.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
