Success is what happens after you have survived all of your disappointments.
THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON WE ARE DESIGNED TO SURVIVE AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.
Hello Followers,
Well, if you are reading this you made it through Monday.
And you survived another day.
Hurray!
Did you know that one of the many poisons we put into our bodies are certain proteins and fat, which causes toxemia in our bodies.
Until Dan and I did some research, this was far from our minds.
But since we were diagnosed with cancer and Dan with heart issues, we are now educated on what intake we choose to put into our bodies.
The main sources of protein and fat in the Western diet are of animal origin and thus contain cholesterol in quantities harmful to the human body.
However, many pure vegetarians also suffer toxemia to a dangerous extent because their diet is based heavily on grain products and lentils, which are very high in vegetable protein, and in many cases include liberal quantities of concentrated vegetable oils.
The by-products of the metabolism of fat and protein which are potentially harmful are chemicals called ketones from fat, and uric acid and ammonia from protein.
It is mainly these substances in excessive amounts which overtax the kidneys, sometimes to the extent of destroying them.
For this reason, it is wise for people on the traditional Western diet to drink copious quantities of water to flush out the kidneys.
Not only do heavy protein-eaters need to urinate often, their urine is dark in color and odorous.
Observers of primitive Eskimos in the early 1900s described how in winter the Eskimos had to go out into the freezing cold at frequent intervals to urinate and how they would return inside bringing snow to make more drinking water.
AUGUST – 23rd, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about August that’s so significant during this month?
Find Your Inner Nerd Day – August 23, 2022
I chose this holiday, because we all have that inner nerd in us!
Today is all about staying true to yourself and taking joy in whatever makes you happiest.
And when you’re doing the things you love, like, actually LOVE, that’s when your inner nerd is happy.
Beth Z, the creator of the holiday, is loads of fun.
A lover of national holidays and all things quirky, she takes her role as Your Nerdy Best Friend seriously!
There’s a lot to learn from her.
She specializes in making technology fun and easy to learn for those who find it intimidating, and helps individuals navigate through everyday life by integrating effective apps and tools.
Learn more about Beth and her work on her website, Your Nerdy Best Friend.
Nerds are cool, which is why Beth Z created Find Your Inner Nerd Day to inspire everyone to share what makes them happy with the world.
Whether it is knowing how to speak in Elvish, dressing your pet in cool outfits, or rapping Alphabet Aerobics, do it unapologetically!
August 23 was selected as the date to celebrate Find Your Inner Nerd Day every year because it was the date when Christopher Reaves Messina posted the tweet in 2007 that created the modern hashtag.
From then onwards, #FindYourInnerNerd has served as a space where people bring their unique interests, which eventually become common shared interests with like-minded people.
It is a great way for nerds to find each other and find partners to discuss their favorite fandoms and other topics to geek out about.
Find Your Inner Nerd Day is also a day for those who find technology overwhelming, to learn tech tips, tools, and tricks from the maestro herself, Beth Z.
Cutting through the noise and technical jargon, Beth makes productivity, social media, to-do lists, and digital media fun through her collaborations and speaker sessions.
What makes her work so relatable and effective is her exciting personality and genuine love for her work.
Her programs and workshops are packed with knowledge and easy-to-digest facts and tidbits that are easy to integrate practically into everyday life.
And this is exactly what Find Your Inner Nerd Day is all about.
Doing things passionately, of which Beth Z is a prime example.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
ALWAYS YOU CAN GO HIGHER, FOR WITHIN YOURSELF YOU ARE GREATER THAN YOU THINK. BELIEVE THAT, FOR IT IS A FACT; A GREAT BIG TRUTHFUL WONDERFUL FACT. IT IS THE POSITIVE PRINCIPLE IN ACTION.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 19; DANCING WITH PORCUPINES (last chapter of the book)
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE-
It’s not the noise you make; it’s the love and encouragement you give that makes your life matter.
You are responsible for the way your life turns out.
Not chance.
Not someone else.
The SUP in your life may make it difficult for you to focus on what you should be doing with your life.
Stop and resolve!
I will no longer permit the person who has consumed so much of my life to have power over any more of it.
There’s a better way to do it and I am going to find it!
Today Dan and I will be continuing on the book; ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.
Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are with you at all times; your senses.
This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.
Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!
Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy; meditation.
By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.
CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY
A RAINBOW OF COLORS
The colors visible to the human eye form what is called SPECTRUM; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
These colors in all variations attract our attention and have a strong influence on how we feel.
Tomorrow we will show these seven colors of the spectrum and some of their muted shades.
Plus, their effects on moods.
Black and white will be included at the end.
Black absorbs all colors and if you make a color wheel of the spectrum and spin if fast enough, they merge to become white.
Stay tune tomorrow-
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

DISAPPOINTMENTS😞
Success is what happens after you have survived all of your disappointments. #success#whathappens#afteryou#havesurvived#allofyour#disappointments
Until Wednesday, the requirements for our evolution have changed.
Survival is no longer sufficient.
Our evolution now requires us to develop spiritually,
to become emotionally aware and make responsible choices.
It requires us to align ourselves with the values of the soul,
harmony, cooperation, sharing, and reverence for life.
