To live with intention means deciding how you want to feel and why, and then make an effort to radiate that in your actions.

Intentional living is a lifestyle that prioritizes the present and practicing what you preach.


By simplifying your life and re-prioritizing your moral code, you can live a happier and healthier life.


Easier said than done, we know.


Intentional living is the practice of determining your values and beliefs and then consciously changing your daily behaviors to reflect those personal principles.

The intent of this lifestyle is to knock you out of autopilot and help you to become your best version of yourself.


This means defining your version of success and throwing out the expectations of others.


It also requires you to practice mindfulness.

By living in the moment, you can better evaluate your life, center your goals, and remove the hinderances that are preventing you from living fully.

TO LIVE WITH INTENTION MEANS deciding how you want to feel and why, and then making an effort to radiate that in your actions.

A shift happens when we live intentionally.


Peace, calm, purpose, joy, contentment, and trust are just some of the amazing results.

But like any process, it is practice.

Once you begin to live with intention, you will be able to live a life of deeper meaning and purpose.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
