The heart of a father is the masterpiece of nature.

SPECIAL EDITION

Hello followers,

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads.

Father is one of the most exceptional titles a man can hold.

What Makes a dad?

God took the strength of a mountain,

The majesty of a tree,

The warmth of a summer sun,

The calm of a quiet sea,

The generous soul of nature,

The comforting arm of night,

The wisdom of the ages,

The power of the eagle's flight,

The joy of a morning in spring,

The faith of a mustard seed,

The patience of eternity,

The depth of a family need,

Then God combined these qualities,

When there was nothing more to add,

He knew His masterpiece was complete,

And so, He called it ... Dad.

Father’s Day is a day to honor dads everywhere, whether they be young or old, single, or partnered, new to the job or seasoned like a favorite cast iron skillet.

They could be a stay-at-home dad or the primary breadwinner.

They could be your own dad, your kid's dad, a dad who has passed away or anyone in your life who plays that role for you.

It is a day to celebrate.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

June 18th

THEY ARE WILD AND FREE, the ones who embrace life with joy.

They are peaceful and serene, the ones who find time to be quiet and still.

They are joyful and creative, the ones who open their minds to possibility and growth.

You too can be all these things!

Find time for quiet and see the world as full of possibility.

Embrace all that comes your way.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page

Until Monday, daddies do not just love their children every now and then, it is a love without end.

TO ALL THE DADS
