We all have that special one!


A special person is someone who touches our lives in a meaningful way.

The ones who inspire, support, and bring out the best in us.


It could be a family member, friend, lover, mentor, or even a stranger.


Someone who helps you feel valued, respected, and seen.

They are the ones who improve your life.


First and foremost, family members are often the most special people in our lives.


They are the ones who have been with us since the beginning, providing unconditional love and support.


Secondly, friends are another group of special people who have a profound impact on our lives.


So, today appreciate them with loving energy vibes.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Offer gratitude for their presence in your life.

Feel the love and gratitude reverberate through your body.


Now do the same for yourself.


You deserve the love and appreciation you just offered to that special person; you are just as special.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This is an incredibly powerful gratitude guided meditation for not only finding and feeling gratitude and appreciation - but also to recognize just how rich, abundant, and supported you are!

Any time you are doubting this, or just need an emotional boost, this deeply relaxing and uplifting experience is for you!

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
