The idea of waiting for something makes it more exciting.
Hello Followers,
Are you ready for Thursday!
Today Dan and I wait in anticipation for what the day may bring.
As they say, the anticipation of anything is bittersweet, but it brings a variety of emotions and some adrenaline rush also, but it amplifies the intensity of excitement of many important events.
Never forget that anticipation is an important part of life, work, and so you need to accept it, it can be a good thing.
Anticipation is an important infusion of feelings, and waiting is mostly full of eagerness.
So, with this said, let us go forth today with the anticipation of celebrating that tomorrow is Friday.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
May 4th
RIGHT BEFORE THE FLOWER BLOOMS, a gardener waits with anticipation.
She grows the plant from a seed, tends the soil, and waters it to reach this point.
A bloom reflects the plant’s health.
It is exciting to wait for things that you have worked hard for.
What is about to blossom in your life?
Take a moment to reflect on the moves you have made to get here with pride and appreciation.
Your efforts are to be celebrated!
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Friday, never forget that anticipation is an important part of life.
Work's important, family is important, but without excitement, you have nothing.
You are cheating yourself if you refuse to enjoy what is coming.
