The meaning behind the words, the feeling is more significant than the words themselves, so listen.

INFORMATION FROM THE CANCER CONTROL SOCIETY CONVENTION OF 2017 – INTERNATIONAL TREATMENTS.

Hello Monday,

Words, they have the power to build people up, confine people to where they are, and break people down. Choose your words carefully before you utter them to others but most importantly the words you utter to yourself must be positive.

Instill belief and hope within yourself. The other day I posted something on Facebook regarding facts and experience; most had positive things to say. However, there were others that were hurtful. Words should be inspired and not trying to be negative especially on others post.

“Words can inspire. And words can destroy. Choose yours well.” Robin Sharma

“Don’t mix your words with your mood, you can change your mood but you can’t take back your words.” Anonymous

Motivation is how we get things done and achieve big goals in life.

Unfortunately, it’s a finite resource – we can run out of motivation unless we replenish it daily.

Listening to music that motivates us, using positive affirmations, reading motivational books and listening to podcasts can all make us want to jump right back up again.

A lot of staying motivated comes from feeding yourself with a steady diet of things that motivate.

Sometimes, simply reading through a list of motivational words and contemplating what they mean to you, is a great way to feed your mind with positive motivation.

I feel through motivation you can inspire people by words which have the power to build them up and give them positive feedback.

“Raise your word, not your voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder.” Rumi

Continuing on INFORMATION FROM THE CANCER CONTROL SOCIETY CONVENTION OF 2017 – INTERNATIONAL TREATMENTS. Today I’m blogging on ABBA LIGHT THERAPY.

Abba light therapy overcomes the biggest technological challenge in Photo Dynamic Therapy.

The inability of light to get past a few millimeters of human tissue.

Abba light’s proprietary and innovative LED lamp technology allows light to penetrate up to 8 centimeters of tissue making internal organs and body systems accessible to the therapy.

Used in combination with a recognized photosensitizer. Abba light represents the next generation in photodynamic cancer therapy.

Photodynamic therapy is a treatment that uses a drug, called a photosensitizer or photosensitizing agent, and a particular type of light. When photosensitizers are exposed to a specific wavelength of light, they produce a form of oxygen that kills nearby cells.

Each photosensitizer is activated by light of a specific wavelength. This wavelength determines how far the light can travel into the body. Thus, doctors use specific photosensitizers and wavelengths of light to treat different areas of the body with photodynamic therapy.

In the first step of photodynamic therapy for cancer treatment, a photosensitizing agent is injected into the bloodstream. The agent is absorbed by cells all over the body but stays in cancer cells longer than it does in normal cells. Approximately 24 to 72 hours after injection, when most of the agent has left normal cells but remains in cancer cells, the tumor is exposed to light.

The photosensitizer in the tumor absorbs the light and produces an active form of oxygen that destroys nearby cancer cells.

In addition to directly killing cancer cells, photodynamic therapy appears to shrink or destroy tumors in two other ways. The photosensitizer can damage blood vessels in the tumor, thereby preventing the cancer from receiving necessary nutrients. Photodynamic therapy also may activate the immune system to attack the tumor cells.

The light used for photodynamic therapy can come from a laser or other sources. Laser light can be directed through fiber optic cables (thin fibers that transmit light) to deliver light to areas inside the body. For example, a fiber optic cable can be inserted through an endoscope (a thin, lighted tube used to look at tissues inside the body) into the lungs or esophagus to treat cancer in these organs. Other light sources include light-emitting diodes (LEDs), which may be used for surface tumors, such as skin cancer.

BE THE BEST THAT YOU CAN

Good day Monday 😊 Enjoy, live and be the best person you can be ♥️ # inspiration #motivation#livelifetothefullest

Researchers continue to study ways to improve the effectiveness of photodynamic therapy and expand it to other cancers. Clinical trials (research studies) are under way to evaluate the use of photodynamic therapy for cancers of the brain, skin, prostate, cervix, and peritoneal cavity (the space in the abdomen that contains the intestines, stomach, and liver). Other research is focused on the development of photosensitizers that are more powerful, more specifically target cancer cells, and are activated by light that can penetrate tissue and treat deep or large tumors.

Researchers are also investigating ways to improve equipment and the delivery of the activating light.
