The more you lose yourself in something bigger than yourself, the more energy you will have.
STARTING TODAY ON THE SERIES, SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – COFFEE.
Hello Followers,
Today’s post will be on how to create something bigger than yourself.
When creating something bigger than yourself, how do you know your pursuing your life’s work?
I ask this to myself from time to time!
You can spend an entire lifetime trying to figure out why you’re here and whether you’re doing what’s right for you.
The only way you know is to follow the journey and see where it leads.
If you can’t get enough, if more work feels more freeing, if you can’t wait to see what happens for your community, if you can’t believe this is your work; then you’re doing your life’s work.
But you have to start to know for sure!
Last week while visiting the town Appomattox where the Civil War ended, as I was walking the streets checking out the houses still standing from the 1800’s; it dawned on me this very question.
There is something bigger than ourselves!
Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?
Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!
May has some pretty interesting month-long observances.
In the United Kingdom, May is National Pet Month and National Smile Month.
In the United States, May is National Burger Month, Older Americans Month, and National Military Appreciation Month.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
YOU DON’T NEED ANYONE’S CONSENT TO LIVE YOUR DREAMS.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 15; TOUCH WITH WORDS
PRAISE-
USE neutral words and comments to keep the other person from becoming defensive about your praise.
Here are some good phrases to use:
ü I had not thought of it in that light.
ü Really? How interesting.
ü That’s something new.
ü You may be right.
ü Umm! You’ve studied this a lot.
ü Incredible! I never would have connected that.
ü It’s good you are investigating the options.
ü You’ve searched for then answers. Are you comfortable with the advice you’ve received?
Continue tomorrow-
This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?
Medium-dark coffee roast is the third type of coffee roast.
Beans roasted to medium-dark reach an internal temperature of 437°F – 446°F.
This is during or just after the second crack.
This roast will also start showing the oils on the beans surface because the temperatures are high enough.
These roasts have a richer, fuller flavor, more body, and less acidity.
Vienna Roast and Full-City Roast are some examples of a medium-dark roast coffee blend.
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Friday, any intelligent fool can make things bigger and more complex.
It takes a touch of genius and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction.
