The most precious resource we all have is time.
Hello followers,
HAPPY HUMP DAY!
Today Dan and I are focusing our attention on time.
Yes TIME.
Sometimes Dan and I feel as if there is never enough.
Occasionally, most of us just let it go to waste.
There are moments we wish we could go back to.
You can get lost in time envisioning the future or regretting the past.
Time is the one thing that every one of us has the exact same amount of every single day.
But what do you do with those twenty-four hours given to you each new dawn?
Every moment we receive in life is precious.
As I get older, I realize more about the meaning of the circle of life.
Through history TIME ends up here and we see the historical timelines of yesteryears.
And throughout history, I am now able to capture through pictures, exploring what they must have experienced.
Check out some of our experiences on the page How Safe Is Mexico - https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/how-safe-is-mexico
In capturing Mexico, I realized that all the warnings from the USA to go to Mexico was not true.
Mexico, just like the United States has different climates and as well crime in different places.
So, when they stated that Mexico was unsafe, that was not all true.
We live in a world that has good and evil; you just must know what areas are good.
Just like when we decided to move back to the states, Virginia; Roanoke area suited our needs and is right at the entrance of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The past three years, I have been posting areas that Dan and I have visited and thought how many of us know just what took place back during the Civil War.
Dan and I have decided to dedicate the rest of this year with our experiences and knowledge of the Civil War, through museums and to the countryside where many soldiers died to give us freedom in America.
Let us not ever forget what took place and why it happened in the first place.
And I welcome you to visit Mexico, the Guadalajara area, and Virginia if you have not yet done so.
Both places have so much history that date way, way back.
Continuing with a town near where Dan and I live, Salem.
In 1752 Fort Lewis was constructed to the west of what became Salem to protect settlers from Indian attacks.
Then October 10, 1774, Native American attacks against the settlers of Virginia effectively ended when Andrew Lewis commanded a force that routed the Indians at Point Pleasant and drove them into the west.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

TIME IS A GIFT, and we can often go through life feeling as if we do not have enough of it.
When we believe this, it is based on fear and scarcity.
Notice any activities that take over your day.
Refocus your attention and do one thing at a time.
When we scatter our attention, the illusion of time distorts.
We have exactly the number of hours we need.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Thursday, there is only one thing more precious than
our time and that is who we spend it on.
