Struggling does not have to be the go-to mode in your life.


You are here for a reason.


There is a purpose to your life.


Even if it is not clear what it is, your soul knows.

What if you paid attention to your deepest desires and gave them room to breathe?


Imagine if you took a step to make these dreams come true and the courage that would build by taking that jump into your destiny!


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This 5-minute guided meditation is a great reminder that your life is a journey filled with experiences, lessons, and opportunities.


Every step you have taken, every decision you have made, and every person you have met has led you to this very moment.


 It is important to remember that everything happens for a reason and that the choices you make shape the person you are becoming.

Embrace the present and trust that your life has led you here for a reason, even if you may not yet understand what that reason is.

Trust that everything will fall into place as it should and that you are exactly where you need to be at this moment in time.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
