The power of finding beauty in the humblest things makes home happy and life lovely.
Hello Followers,
HAPPY HUMP DAY!
I woke up this morning with this saying in mind, an attitude of gratitude is essential for a happier, and healthier life.
Did you know that gratitude can lower blood pressure, improve immune function, and facilitate more efficient sleep?
Well, this is true!
With that in mind, make it a habit to praise all of life’s biggest and smallest moments.
Perhaps, that means mailing thank-you notes to loved ones, giving thanks in prayer to a higher power or counting your blessings in a gratitude journal.
I have been creating mini motivational videos, to share with you to create positive vibes.
Most of these sayings are general enough to encompass the many blessings in your life, some of them touch on something specific like family, long-lasting friendships, and encouragements.
Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

WAKE UP AND SEIZE THE DAY.
A beautiful world with amazing people is just waiting to be explored.
Breathe in the crisp morning air, fill your lungs with abundant oxygen available, and offer gratitude for the opportunity to be alive right here, right now.
You can make today whatever you want it to be.
You have the power to create your reality.
How will you seize this day and add beauty to your surroundings?
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This 10-minute gratitude guided meditation guides you to a place of appreciating your inner stillness and connection to oneness with all.
One of the best ways to increase your gratitude is by practicing meditation.
When you meditate, you are not only focusing on the present moment, but also on what you are grateful for.
Meditation can help people feel more positive and grateful about their lives.
It can also help people cope with difficult situations, such as work or school stress.
When you meditate, there is no need to be perfect or have a certain goal in mind.
Instead, it is important to focus on your breathing and allow thoughts to come and go without judgment.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Thursday, let us be grateful to the people who make us happy;
they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.
