There are always two sides to every story, and the truth usually lies somewhere in the middle.
Hello Followers,
Wow, it is already Thursday.
This year is zooming by!
For the past year, Dan and I have been struggling with understanding the different conflicts happening all around us.
I know that when I was diagnosed several years ago and decided to do functional medicine, a lot of thought and research was done by Dan and me.
Understanding that there are two sides to every coin, I know that there is the same with any decision.
OR
Right or wrong!
In any given situation, there are always two sides to every story.
People often have different perspectives, opinions, and experiences that shape their understanding of an event or situation.
These differing viewpoints can result in conflicting narratives, leading to misunderstandings, disagreements, and even conflicts.
So, as I underwent treatment in Mexico, I kept a blog, sharing my experience with posts, pictures, and videos.
Sharing just that, another side of a story.
Exploring other possibles of treating cancer.
As time went on, through years of posting preventions, treatments, environment, and experiences; there is another side of healing.
Words, thoughts, moods, our mind-set have a lot to do with keeping healthy.
The fact is we all pass on, but it should be on your terms and no one else’s.
The month of November is a time to be thankful for our blessings.
Dan and my gift to you is this blog and the many posts of heart felt knowledge.
Two people go up to their master to resolve a fight.
The master makes them think that neither is right or wrong.
It is an important life lesson on perspectives.
To see everyone's point of view before judging them or making a decision. By Nithya Shanti.
So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.
They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHER SIDE of the story or perspective to be considered.
By doing this, we focus on compassion and empathy.
If you are facing a difficult situation with someone, try to see it from their perspective.
This does not mean you have to agree.
It just allows compassion to enter and perhaps solve some parts of the conflict.
We are doing the best we can with the tools we have.
Let go of resentment by trying to see the other side.
Imagine what healing would occur if we all did this for each other.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
In times of conflict, it is important to remember to stay calm.
It is natural to feel frustrated, upset, or angry when faced with a challenging situation, but keeping a level head can help you approach the problem with a clear mind and find a solution that works for everyone involved.
Remember to take deep breaths, take breaks when you need to, and focus on finding common ground rather than dwelling on differences.
With patience and a willingness to listen, you can navigate even the toughest of conflicts with grace and ease.
Stay calm and keep moving forward!
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Friday, do not judge someone’s choices without knowing their reasons.
There are always two sides to every story.
