There are many trails up the mountain, but in time they all reach the top.
Hello followers,
It is another Tuesday!
What’s up?
For most of us, life is busy.
It is easy for the days to run together, for things to get so busy that there is no time to step back and ask yourself serious questions about life and purpose.
But taking the time to ponder important questions is important.
It provides motivation, keeps you focused, and reassures you that you’re on the right path to achieving your goals.
Every decision that we make in life has the potential to set us on a path.
At the time, though, it may not seem like it.
Often our actions and choices seem insignificant in the whole scheme of things.
Over time, these choices will all help to contribute to something bigger, and it’s important to teach ourselves to think more about the consequences of each decision and the impact they have on long-term outcomes; in five or even ten years’ time.
Are you on the path that you want to be on?

This new year Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.
Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.
This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.
Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!
Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.
By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.
CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; HEARING
SOUND, NOISE, AND SILENCE
In contrast, you may be unaware of how your space is filled with the sounds of machinery.
The mechanical noise of engines has changed the background sound of the modern world.
Aircraft, trains, metro systems, industrial processes, sirens, household equipment, DIY drills; all these things surround us with a continuous barrage of noise.
These sounds, if they reach particular levels can cause tension and ill health.
Noise complaints are at the top of the list of many typical neighbor disturbances.
Sometimes disputes over noise can create almost unbearable tension between people.
Why?
Because all sounds are picked up by one’s sensitive ears, and if someone else is generating unpleasant levels of noise, it can feel like an invasion of personal space.

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

January 10th
WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR EYES in the morning, what is the first thing you do?
Whatever it is, it sets the tone for your entire day.
Those few moments upon waking are very important as we transition from sleeping to waking.
Start each day from a place of intention.
Provide gratitude, say I love you to yourself or partner, and spend a few moments in stillness to set an intention for your day.
Create the momentum you desire before you get up as revel in the stillness of these few early moments.
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
