There are two ways of exerting one’s strength: one is pushing down; the other is pulling up.
CONTINUING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES, FOCUSING ON YOUR STRENGTH AND LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – COFFEE.
Hello Followers,
HAPPY MONDAY AND GOOD EVENING!
Life is filled with highs and lows.
Valleys and peaks that will test your resilience.
Will push you to overcome challenges.
And the lessons you’ll learn on your way to the top will only make you stronger, better.
Find your will to keep climbing.
One way to focus on your strength is offer help to those in need, whenever possible.
Helping others overcome tough times isn’t just good for the soul, it’s a brilliant way to help yourself stay strong.
In fact, a 2015 study by the Association for Psychological Science found that helping friends, family, or even strangers can mitigate the impact of daily stressors on our emotions and our mental health.
It’s hard to find the strength to help others when you feel like you can’t help yourself.
This is the thing, though you don’t have to perform grand gestures for it to be meaningful.
The smallest acts of kindness go a long way in creating both a better world and a stronger you.
During the current crisis, many find strength by doing simple things delivering food to the elderly.
Even just sending a heartfelt email to a lonely friend can help lift both of your spirits and make you feel stronger.
When you realize that you have the power to help others, you also find the power to help yourself.
Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?
Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!
The birthstone for May is the emerald.
Emeralds are a type of stone called beryl and typically range from a deep-sea green to a lighter color.
Emeralds are symbols of fertility and rebirth.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
THE WORLD IS IN YOUR HANDS, NOW USE IT.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 15; TOUCH WITH WORDS
Today, Dan and I will be posting; echoing back what you hear is important for several reasons.
First reason, you show that you are listening.
Second reason, your perceived respect will open the door for you to express some thoughts; perhaps!
Third reason, misinterpreted statements can be corrected.
Fourth reason, options may be explored.
Fifth reason, it keeps blame games from being played.
Sixth reason, listening and echoing encourage compromise.
Seventh reason, it keeps down the friction and wall-building.
Eighth reason, you are able to be less emotionally involved.
Continue tomorrow-
This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?
Though the bean itself matters, coffee gets a lot of its aroma and flavor from the roasting process.
The length of the roasting process can affect many things, including the body, acidity, and flavor of your tasty beans.
To help you expand your coffee knowledge, there are four major types of coffee roasts.
The four types of coffee roasts are light roast, medium roast, medium-dark roast, and dark roast.
Each of these roast levels has a different aroma, appearance, and flavor.
Keep reading this week’s blog to learn all about the four types of coffee roasts!
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

There are two ways of exerting one’s strength: one is pushing down; the other is pulling up. #therearetwo#ways#exerting#onesstrength#strength#oneis#pushing#down#other#pushing#up
Until Tuesday, a truly strong person does not need the approval of
others any more than a lion needs the approval of sheep.
